Small groups may use many picnic spots in University City parks without charge. Reservations are needed for pavilions at Heman, Fogerty and Millar Parks, and are recommended for groups of 35-100. Reservation fees are $24.00, with an additional $12.00 for electricity. All reservations must be made in person at the Heman Park Recreation Facility, 7210 Olive, 862-6767 ext. 8186.  We only issue reservations to residents and their families or resident organizations. Saturday and Sunday, Millar Park reservations include a one day ball field permit. Due to heavy usage, we recommend reservations be made when possible beginning the first business day in January or at least two months before your requested date.

Athletic Field Permits
