Mr. Schoomer and Mr. Rose will coordinate ideas with local
dog owners.

AGENDA #8 - DEVELOPMENT SUBSIDY POLICY:

Not discussed. Move to next study session.

AGENDA #9 - NON-RESIDENT USE OF CITY RECREATION FACILITIES:

Mr. Ollendorff is getting requests from University City School District students who live in
Vinita Park to be permitted to attend the Recreational activities that are put on by the Parks
Department. Per policy, the City charges non-residents extra or doesn't allow them to
participate in recreation activities and events. The Council agrees that this exception
should be allowed.

AGENDA #11 - SET NEXT STUDY SESSION MEETING DATE:

Mr. Rose suggested setting Saturday, June 2, 2001 for the next study session.
