Session 1808 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />April 23, 2001 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall on Monday, April 2, 2001, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were <br />present: <br /> Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br /> Mr. Wayne Munkel <br /> Mr. Larry Lieberman <br /> Mr. Paul Schoomer <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank OIlendorff. ABSENT: Mr. Robert Wagner and <br />City Clerk Leisha Meine Forsythe were excused. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved approval of the minutes from the regular session of April 2, 2001. <br />Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS: <br /> <br />AGENDA#1-CONSENTCALENDAR: <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff stated that Mr. Lieberman asked to have the Mansions on the Plaza <br />Permit Extension - 8300 Delmar (Calendar Item #2) removed from the Consent <br />Calendar so it could be discussed. <br /> <br />#1 - Roof Replacement- Enqine House #3: Invitations to Bid were sent to four <br />contractors on subject roof replacement. The following bids were received: <br /> <br />Metro Roofing ............................. $32,539.00 <br />Top Priority Roofing ........................ $29,384.00 <br />Bartch Roofing ............................ $35,682.00 <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommends awarding this project to Top Priority Roofing for their low bid <br />of $29,384.00. Prior year revenue will be used for this project since it was not <br />budgeted. <br /> <br />(Item #2 removed for discussion) <br /> <br /> <br />
