Session 1809 May 7, 2001 ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 34-87.2 (5)(a) MINIMUM FlIGHT-OF-WAY SETBACK" THEFIEBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO GFIANT THE CITY COUNCIL THE AUTHOFIITY TO FIEDUCE SAID FlIGHT-OF-WAY SETBACK UNDEFI THE SITE PLAN FIEVIEW PFtOCESS; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PFIOVIDING A PENALTY. The bill was given its second reading. The bill was given its third reading. Mr. Munkel moved approval. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion. Responding to Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Ollendorff stated that this was the site plan that was approved at the last meeting. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel and Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. Bill number 8520 passed and became Ordinance number 6296. BILL NO. 8521 - CHANGING THE NAMES OF MILLBROOK BOULEVARD, FOREST PARK EXPRESSWAY, AND FORSYTH BY-PASS TO FOREST PARK PARKWAY, AND AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO REFLECT THE NAME CHANGES AND ST. LOUIS COUNTY TRAFFIC ORDINANCES APPLICABLE TO THAT PART OF FOREST PARK PARKWAY WHICH IS WITHIN UNIVERSITY CITY; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE. The bill was given its second reading. The bill was given its third reading. Mr. Munkel moved approval. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion. Mr. Lieberman stated that at the last meeting he had asked Mr. Ollendorff if the City of St. Louis had taken up that portion between Skinker and the U. City limits and making the same name change. Mr. Ollendorff said that the City of St. Louis is making the same change. Mayor Adams said that this will erase the history of Millbrook, which was a combination of a U. City Mayor named Millar and a Washington University Chancellor named Brookings. Mr. Schoomer stated that the pedestrian overpass would retain the name of Millbrook. 6
