Session 1809 <br />May 7, 2001 <br /> <br /> FUNDS FOF1 TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT ACTIVITIES ON OLIVE <br /> BOULEVAFID, <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned bill number 8525. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved to go into executive session dealing with personnel and legal per <br />RSMo 610.021 (1 & 3). Mr. Munkel seconded the motion. The meeting will be at 8:45 <br />p.m. in the second floor conference room of City Hall. The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer, Mr. <br />Sharpe and Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams wished to comment our emergency services personnel on the great work <br />with the Seltzer building fire. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner stated that he and Mr. Munkel and Ms. Colquitt were working as a <br />subcommittee to restudy the truck parking ordinance and would be meeting tomorrow <br />evening at 6 p.m. at City Hall. Any suggestions from other Councilmembers were <br />welcome. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams announced that on May 18th at 2 p.m. was the 2"d Annual Golf <br />Tournament put on by the Rotary Club. He would like to see the rest of Council join him <br />in playing as a team. Ms. Colquitt said she would be happy to be on the team. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams announced that the Council would be holding two budget study session <br />s; one on Monday, May 14th and one on Wednesday, May 16th . The meeting on <br />Monday would be held in the E.O.C. room and the one on Wednesday would be held in <br />the Library Board Room - both at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The next regularly scheduled Council meeting would be at 7:30 p.m. on May 21,2001. <br />The Mayor adjourned the meeting at 8:12 p.m. <br /> <br /> Leisha Meine Forsythe, <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />
