I~JBLIC HEARING - ZONING ORDINANCE The city Manager said a public hearing was set for 7:30 p.m. to hear and con- sider c~,u~ ~nts on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Code that more accurately defir~s retail/cu,~rcial uses in the R~-tail/Co~,m~rcial Zoning District. Mayor Majerus opened the public heari~] at 7:54 p.m. There were no requests to speak, and the Mayor closed the public hearing at 7:54 p.m. Mr. Schoc~er noted that the Special B~nefit Tax District Cu~,~.~ssion voted to approve this measure, and he asked that legislation be prepared to enact the *Councilmember Price arrived at this th~.
