Mr. Price seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner asked how long the owner ar~! architect have known about the Plan- <br />ning depa~L~nt's suggested modlficatior,~. Mr. Ollendorff said he thought it <br />was just a few days. Mr. Wagner then moved to table until the next meeting to <br />give the applicant and architect time to consider affordable ways to move <br />toward the Planning Department's suggestions. <br /> <br />Mr. Schooner asked if this would result in hardship for the applicant. Ms. <br />Downs said it would entail hardship bec2~use the roof of the house needs to be <br />in place before there is bad weather. <br /> <br />~ne motion to ~ahle died for lack of a second. <br /> <br />Mrs. Schuman said she did not believe the current plans would have a major <br />effect on the neighborhood, however, if the Council approves them, she sug- <br />gested that the owner consider some of the good suggestions that have been <br />made by the Planning Depam h~_nt. <br /> <br />Mr. ~ms said he would like to see all of the siding on the house match. He <br />then called the question. <br /> <br />All voted Aye to approve, except Mayor Majerus and Councilmember Wagner, who <br />voted Nay. The motion carried by a vote of five to two. <br /> <br />CONSIDERATION OF SIDEWALK AND CURB REPAIR BIDS <br /> <br />The city Manager said bids for sidewalk repairs on several streets north of <br />Olive between Hanley and 82nd Blvd., and curb repairs on Lindell Blvd., were <br />received as follows: <br /> <br />Midwest Mudjacking & Constr.
