In response to Mr. Price, Mr. Kay described !the apartment and said he planned to spend at least $5000 to bring the bu/ldibg up to Code. He ~s willing to accept the small amount of rent the tenant lwas paying in order to have some security for the building, he said. Mr. Price asked why he didn't hire a ~,~rd, and Mr. Kay said economics prevented it. All voted Aye to deny the site plan except Mrs. Thompson, who voted Nay.
