All voted Aye. <br /> <br />The City Manager recuuu~ded approval of the price of $12,871 fz~, Jim Butler <br />C~%evrolet for a 1989 Ca~rice V-8, four-door s~4an for use by the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />Mrs. Schwinn moved approval. Mr. Schoc~er seconded the motion, which carried <br />unanimmmly. <br /> <br />~ITY CITY RESID~I'IAL S~NICE CONTRACT <br /> <br />%]1e City Manager rec~,m~nded approval of a contract between the City and Uni- <br />versity city Residential Service (UC~S) providin~ for payments by the City for <br />staff salaries and special marketing efforts aimed at Parkview Gardens and <br />nortb~t area homes. F~ said a draft of the contract was distributed to UCRS <br />and oouncilamm~ers -~lier which included all the changes Council requests. <br /> <br />Mr. Schocmer moved approval.
