All the cars are parked on the grass in an <br />unorganized informal parking pattern. Some of this parking overflows on University City <br />streets, which are adjacent to Gay Field. This ordinance has been modified to allow <br />streets within two blocks of another city's boundary to apply for residential parking <br />permits. <br /> <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval. Mr. Lieberman seconded the motion. The roll call vote <br />was as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. <br />Schoomer, Mr. Sharpe, and Mayor Adams. NAYS: none.
