Section 400.260. Permitted Uses. <br /> A. The following land uses and developments are permitted in the "MR" district. In addition to <br /> the land uses permitted in this district, certain other land uses may be conditionally allowed per <br /> Section 400.270. <br /> 1. Accessory uses (see Article V "Supplementary Regulations", Division 3); <br /> 2. Dwellings, two-family; <br /> Section 400.280. Density and Dimensional Regulations. <br /> A. Minimum Lot Size. <br /> 1. Dwellings, Single Family and Two-Family <br /> a. Minimum lot area. Six thousand (6,000) square feet. <br /> b. Minimum lot width. Fifty (50) feet. <br /> B. Building Setback Requirements. <br /> 1. Dwellings, Single Family and Two-Family <br /> a. Minimum front yard setback. Twenty (20) feet <br /> b. Minimum side yard setback. Five (5) feet <br /> c. Minimum rear yard setback. Twenty-five (25) feet <br /> C. Building Height Limitations. Except as provided for in Article V "Supplementary <br /> Regulations", Section 400.1030, no principal building shall exceed four(')three (3) stories or <br /> forty five ('15)thirty-five (35) feet in height, whichever is less. <br /> Division 4: "HR" High Density Residential District <br /> Section 400.330. Conditional Uses. <br /> A. The following land uses and developments may be permitted in the "HR" district, subject to <br /> the issuance of a conditional use permit in accordance with the procedures and standards <br /> contained in Article XI, "Conditional Uses": <br /> 5.
