Supposedly, Mr. Medve has other buyers in the works. <br /> <br />AGENDA #7 - PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENTS: <br /> <br />The Council and Mr. Ollendorrf discussed standardizing a support position for reforming the <br />County property tax assessment process. The sense of Council was to support fair <br />assessments either annually or every other year - no longer; no mandates unless the state <br />pays for them and supporting income tax credits, especially for senior residents. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams adjourned the meeting at 9:40 p.m. <br /> <br /> .'
