Session 1826 <br /> <br />Charter, minutes from the Novemberl9th meeting and a copy of the legal brief regarding <br />the Westmoreland suit. <br /> <br />Betsy Nimock of 300 Gay asked why the council is expected to vote on something if they <br />have no choice. A conversation then ensued regarding the ministerial role of Council and <br />what could be done to making changes to the zoning code or future plans of the <br />developer. <br /> <br />Councilmember Wagner made a request that the bill be reconsidered instead of <br />reintroduced. A conversation regarding Robert' s Rule's of Order resulted in Mr. Wagner <br />rescinding his request. <br /> <br />Joan Botwinick of 511 Westview Drive stated that Mr. Crowe had stated that the <br />resubdivision being discussed was different than the one in Kirkwood and he would <br />attend the December 3rd meeting. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Munkel to adjourn the meeting at 5:15 p.m. all members voted in f~avor. <br /> <br /> Jul' zymula, t ~lerk <br /> <br />Pro Tem <br /> <br /> <br />
