Between Hanley and North and South, the south bank of the river is owned by two entities, the University Place Homeowner Association and Shereth Israel Cemetery Association. The land
immediately west of Hanley is held as common ground and must be maintained as open space. A three to four acre area at the north end of the BNai Amoona Cemetery is undeveloped and
is potentially available as open space. Both parcels offer the potential to expand the river edge and create a naturalized river edge At the north edge of the cemetery parcel, the Centennial
Greenway will sweep back down into the river channel to pass under North and South Road, remain on the south side of the river and connect directly to the Mona Terrace trail at the Shaftesbury

park, with potential for groomed park development on the cemetery parcel.
right-of-way and.
