Mr. Ollendorff recommends <br />that the bid be awarded to Erb Turf Equipment for their bid of $12,000. <br /> <br />#5 - Tennis Court Resurfacing: Invitations to Bid were sent to five construction <br />companies for proposals to resurface the four north tennis courts and all basketball <br />courts at Heman Park. $20,000 was set aside in the budget for this project. The net change is an increase in both <br />revenues and expenditures of $26,000.
