VERSION 1 <br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES OF UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br />SPECIAL SESSION <br />April 23, 2007 <br /> <br />The Council Study Session, held in the Chambers of the City Hall, on Monday, April 23, <br />2007, was called to order by City Manger, Ms. Julie Feier at 6:30 p.m. The following <br />members of the Council were present: <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Mr. Michael Glickert <br /> Mr. Byron Price <br /> Ms. Lynn Ricci <br /> Mayor Joseph Adams <br /> <br />The Study Session agenda was planned for University City’s citizens to be able to express <br />their ideas for the budget of Fiscal Year 2007 – 2008. Street sweeping on a regular basis in the Northeast quadrant, with notices posted <br />as to when it is scheduled. <br />7. Affordable youth recreational programs <br />8. Speakers on non-agenda items be at the start of Council meetings <br />9. Citizen Advisory Committee on home repair programs <br />10. Allocation of funds for Feed the Hungry that is no longer funded by the CDBG <br />grant <br />11. Pool issues – steps on pool ladders and a readable clock <br />12. In-house training for lifeguards <br /> <br /> <br />
