<br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Ms. Brot spoke of the Infill Review Board’s first meeting where the citizens were able to <br />address their concerns with the developer. She stated that the ordinance needed some <br />modification but was pleased with its success. Ms. Brot also asked the <br />D-4-c <br />City Manager to see if the drawings the Council receives can be reduced <br />in size. She also encouraged everyone to write their State legislaturer concerning their <br />bills that will negatively affect the City. Ms. Brot also asked that Council’s existing rule <br />concerning nominations to commissions be followed that allows each councilmember two <br />months to make the assigned appointment to a board or commission. If not completed <br />within two months, the next member of the Council would get this assignment. <br /> <br />Mr. Price announced the flyer for Community Partnership for Safety is being distributed <br />and asked the City Manager to have it distributed to PTOs, elementary schools, and to Ms. <br />Rachel Watson, University City High School’s Council liaison, so representation of youth <br />will be in attendance. <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert thanked the Parks’ Department for enhancing their summer program by having <br />more opportunities for teen participation. Ms. Feier requested the extra cost incurred be <br />appropriated by the School Board.
