The proposed building will contain <br />20 units (11 two-bedroom and 9 one-bedroom) and will be divided into condominiums <br />after they are constructed. Although a garden apartment dwelling is a permitted use in <br />the A HR @ - High Density Residential District, Article 10 of the Zoning Code requires that <br />this development be reviewed under the Site Plan Review procedure by City Staff and <br />City Council. <br /> <br />
