The only differences are that the applicant <br />is in compliance that 8668 W. Kingsbury be excluded from HRO (and have it remain <br />SR); and b) per the preliminary plat, as requested by Staff and Plan Commission, the <br />latest version of the preliminary plat does not include 8668 W. Kingsbury in Parcel A <br />and remains its own lot, and a slight adjustment to the cul-de-sac.
