<br />2) Conditional Use Permit Amendment P060095 for 3 McKnight Place, the expansion of <br />the nursing home facility (McKnight Place Assisted Living) by 37 rooms; <br /> <br />3) The rezonings P060099 and P060100 of the addresses on Barby Lane and West <br />Kingsbury (listed above) from SR to HRO (except 8639 [north 67 feet of the lot] and <br />8645 [east 30 feet and north 67 feet of the lot] Barby Lane which are requested to be <br />rezoned from SR to GC). Please note: Staff and Plan Commission recommend that the <br />properties located at 8668 West Kingsbury and 8678 Barby Lane not be rezoned and <br />should remain SR; and <br /> <br />4) Preliminary Plat approval for lot consolidations, street vacations, street <br />reconfiguration, replatting of McKnight Place (between Delmar and Barby Lane) and <br />request for temporary construction easement on 8630 Delmar, special request from <br />applicant (per Section 16.080.050 of the Municipal Code) for a "waiver" of the required <br />size of the cul-de-sac and the request by Staff and Plan Commission that 8668 W <br />Kingsbury be removed from "Parcel A." <br /> <br /> <br />Council action required <br />: <br />1. Conditional Use Permit Amendment P060094 for the Gatesworth at 1 McKnight <br />Place expansion (motion only required). <br /> <br />2. Conditional Use Permit Amendment P060095 for the McKnight Place Assisted Living <br />at 3 McKnight Place expansion (motion only required). <br /> <br />3. Rezoning Application P060099 for SR to HRO with the exception of the properties <br />located at 8668 West Kingsbury and 8678 Barby Lane (which should remain SR) per <br />Staff and Plan Commission (public hearing required and please reference previously <br />voted on rezoning ordinance). <br /> <br />4. Rezoning Application and P060100 for SR to GC (public hearing required and <br />please reference previously voted on rezoning ordinance). <br /> <br />5. Preliminary Plat Approval P060101 with the request from applicant for a "waiver" of <br />the required size of the cul-de-sac, the waiver is supported by staff. <br /> <br />Item 2: <br />Police Chief Adams and Public Works Director Shields Benford tools due to I-64 <br />closures. <br /> <br /> <br />I-1 & 2-b <br /> <br />
