Session 1833 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />March 4, 2002 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall on Monday, March 4, 2002, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were <br />present: <br /> Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br /> Mr. Wayne Munkel <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Mr. Larry Lieberman <br /> Mr. Paul Schoomer <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the February 11,2002 regular session minutes. Mr. <br />Munkel seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the February 11,2002 study session minutes. Mr. <br />Sharpe seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved the appointment of John Kreishman, 6916 Waterman, to the Plan <br />Commission for a term ending January 31, 2005. Mr. Wagner said that Mr. Kreishman <br />would be a fine addition to the commission, being an architect with thirty some years of <br />experience and a long time resident of U. City. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, which <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION - DAYS OF REMEMBRANCE: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams read a proclamation remembering the survivors, rescuers and liberators <br />of the holocaust and also proclaiming the week of April 7 through April 14 as the <br />National Days of Remembrance. <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman moved adoption. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion, which carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - PARK GRANT IN AID SUPPORT AND AUTHORIZATION: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams read a resolution granting support for a grant application to be submitted <br /> <br /> <br />
