Mr. Munkel seconded the motion, which carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - SUPPORT OF HR 1172 HISTORIC HOMEOWNERSHIP <br />ASSISTANCE ACT: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams read a resolution that supports H.R. 1172, the Historic Homeownership <br />Assistance Act, including creation of income tax credits for this effort. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved adoption. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, which carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS: <br /> <br />AGENDA #1 - CONSENT CALENDAR: <br /> <br />#1- Fire Station Painting: Quotes have been received for interior printing of the City Hall <br />Fire Station. The results are listed below: <br /> <br />Applebaum & Associates <br />Jos. Ward Painting <br /> <br />$19,077.00 <br />$11,989.00 <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommends accepting the Iow bid from Jos. Ward Painting, for <br />$11,989.00. Other lower priority building maintenance projects will be delayed since the <br />fire station painting budget is $10,000. <br /> <br />#2 - 60 Gallon Refuse Carts: Bids have been received for 960 refuse carts. $45,600 <br />was set aside for the requirement. Five companies were invited to submit bids.
