Session 1833 <br />March 4, 2002 <br /> <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved adoption. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Responding to Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Ollendorff directed Council to Section 4 of the bill. <br />This is where it states that the bill is effective for ninety days. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. <br />Schoomer, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt and Mayor Adams. NAYS: none.
