Rezoning of #1 McKnight Place <br />The Public Hearing was opened at 6:57 p.m. No citizens were present to speak; the <br />Public Hearing was closed at 6:58 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />The Site Plan Review at 6327 Cates was removed from the consent agenda. <br />1. The purchase of a Digital Voice Recorder for the Police Department was moved for <br />approval by Mr. Sharpe, Jr., seconded by Mr. Price and approved unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER’S REPORT <br />1. Site Plan Review at 6327 Cates (including lots at 6401 and 6405 Cates). Plan <br />proposed for a three story structure consisting of 20 garden apartment units and High <br />Density Residential. <br />Ms. Brot moved to Table the Site Plan Review at 6327 Cates (including lots at 6401 <br />and 6405 Cates), seconded by Mr. Sharpe, Jr., and approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Gatesworth expansion at One McKnight Place and Three McKnight Place. <br />The Gatesworth expansion was presented to Council in February with the only <br />differences now being the applicant is in compliance: that 8668 W. Kingsbury be <br />excluded from HRO (and have it remain SR, as its own lot); and a slight adjustment to <br />the cul-de-sac. <br />Amendment PO60094 <br />Ms. Brot moved to accept the Conditional Use Permit Amendment PO60094 for the <br />Gatesworth at #1 McKnight Place expansion. Mr. Price wanted the record to reflect <br />that the vacant lot will be addressed for its compliance with the City’s code <br />requirements. Mr. Sharpe, Jr. seconded the motion and was approved unanimously. <br />Amendment PO60095 <br /> Expansion of 3 McKnight Place Assisted Living by 37 rooms. Ms. Brot moved for <br />approval, seconded by Mr. Sharpe, Jr., and was unanimously approved. <br />Amendment PO60099 and PO60100 <br />Rezoning Application to change SR to HRO of the addresses on Barby Lane and West <br />Kingsbury (except north 67 feet of the lot and 8645 east 30 feet and north 67 feet of the <br />lot) Barby Lane which are requested to be rezoned from SR to GC) Properties located <br />at 8668 West Kingsbury and 8678 Barby Lane will not be rezoned and will remain SR. <br />Mr. Wagner moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Sharpe, Jr. and was unanimously <br />approved. <br />Preliminary Plat approval <br />for lot consolidations, street vacations, street reconfiguration, replatting of McKnight <br />Place (between Delmar and Barby Lane) and request for temporary construction <br />easement on 8630 Delmar, special request from applicant for a “waiver” of the required <br /> <br />
