<br />Plan Commission <br />December 23, 2015 Meeting Minutes <br />(approved 2-24-2016) <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting at the Heman Park Community Center located at 975 <br />Pennsylvania Avenue, University City, Missouri on Wednesday, December 23, 2015. The meeting <br />commenced at 6:30 pm. <br />1. Approval of Minutes <br />2.a. October 28, 2015 Plan Commission meeting <br />Ms. Moran stated that at the October 28 Plan Commission meeting she brought up that she did not <br />think the property had been continually used for parking, but the minutes only referenced Plan <br />Commission members discussing that it had been used for parking. Ms. Moran made a motion to <br />revise the October 28, 2015 Plan Commission meeting minutes on page 3 in the first bullet-point <br />under questions, comments, and discussion to state that the use of the property for parking was <br />discussed, rather than only stating that it had been used for parking. The motion was seconded by <br />Mr. Salamon and carried unanimously. Ms. Moran made a motion to approve the October 28, 2015 <br />Plan Commission meeting minutes as amended. Minor Subdivision Final Plat PC 15-08 Subdivide existing two-family dwelling into two <br />condominium units at 6709- Single Family Residential District <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens explained the proposal and provided background information. The request was to <br />convert the existing two-family dwelling into two condominium units. He stated that the proposal <br />was in compliance with all Zoning Code and Subdivision Regulation requirements and staff <br />recommended approval. <br /> <br />tğŭĻ Њ ƚŅ Ћ <br /> <br />
