Ms. Feier said that any proposals to modify the base <br />and over-time provisions of the firemen’s pay were not addressed in this ordinance. She <br />said that bill 8937 pertained to the level of pay not on how they are paid. Ms. Feier said <br />that it may have to be addressed again later. <br /> <br /> <br />K. NEW BUSINESS <br />RESOLUTION 2007 – 6: University City’s Fiscal Year 2008 Budget and Approval <br />Mr. Glickert moved for approval of FY 2008 budget as amended under City Manager’s <br />Report, #3 Recreation Fee Schedule, order of business, and was seconded by Mr. Sharpe, <br />Jr. The voice vote was unanimous and the FY 2008 Budget was approved. <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />Richard Dockett, 6844 Crest Ave. <br />Mr. Dockett thanked Council for allowing early input from the citizens on University City’s <br />July 16, 2007 <br /> <br />
