Session 1839 <br />May 6, 2002 <br /> <br />PETROLEUM PRODUCTS: <br /> <br />Petroleum BAUMAN ENERGY WOLCO,INC <br />Products OIL PETROLEU . <br /> M <br /> <br />TOTALS $17,967.75 $16,620.80 $20,181.90 <br /> <br />Woman and minority owned businesses did not respond. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommends awarding the annual order to Energy Petroleum for their Iow <br />bid of $240,175.21 for the gasoline and diesel product and $16,620.80 for the petroleum <br />products for a total of $256,796.01. <br /> <br />116 - 2002-2003 Annual Order- Asphalt and Asphaltic Products: Bids for furnishing <br />asphalt and asphaltic products for the 2002-2003 fiscal year have been received. <br />Invitations to Bid were sent to eight possible sources with the following responses: <br /> <br />FRED WEBER <br />(1 NO BID) <br /> <br />$19,512.00 <br /> <br />QPR $2,152.50 <br />(3 NO BID) <br /> <br />*CLAYCO $3,300.00 <br />(3 NO BID) <br /> <br />* WOMAN OWNED <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommends splitting the award as follows: $2,152.50 to QPR, Clayco <br />$3,300.00 and $19,512.00 to Fred Weber, for a combined total of $24,965.50. <br /> <br />t/7 - Final Plat - 7310 Forsyth: Mr. Ollendorff concurs in the Plan Commission <br />recommendation to approve the final plat consolidating lots for the condominium project <br />at 7310 Forsyth. The Plat meets all ordinance requirements and is in full compliance <br />with the site plan previously approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />#8 - Third Quarter Budget Transfers: In order to maintain a balanced budget, Mr. <br />Ollendorff recommends adjustments to those revenue and expenditure accounts, which <br />at this time can be predicted to be more or less than the amounts budgeted. These <br />transfers for the third quarter are balanced at $308,000 net increase, which equals 1.3% <br /> <br /> <br />
