Session 1841 <br />May 15, 2002 <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff explained that this account details funds for grants that have been <br />completed. <br /> <br />SUNDRY AND CONTINGENCIES - 6000: <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff stated that we are planning to pay off our bonded revenue with sales tax <br />money. <br /> <br />LIBRARY- 40.10: <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff said that the Library was independent - yet the City Council approves <br />their budget. They are at their maximum property tax rate. Their current rate will satisfy <br />their budget needs. <br /> <br />POLICE AND FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT FUND - 3-5001: <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff commented that we were fully funded. <br /> <br />NON-UNIFORMED EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT FUND: <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff had no changes to comment on. <br /> <br />CENTRAL GARAGE - 7000: <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff reported no changes. <br /> <br />UNIVERSITY CITY LOOP PARKING GARAGE - 2700: <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff reported that revenues are coming in as expected. We are collecting <br />enough revenue to contract maintenance and pay half the debt back. There are seven <br />more years to go. <br /> <br />SEWER LATERAL REPAIR PROGRAM - 5-5000: <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff stated that this program was at the break even point again. Requests for <br />assistance are coming in at the same rate. $2,000 was left in the fund at the end of the <br />year. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS: <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff reported that due to less rental housing and the change of the UCRS's <br />focus that he would be recommending that the $79,900 budget request be moved down <br />to $48,000.
