Invitations to Bid were sent to four possible sources with the folllowing results: Hourly Rate Bus Capacity Total First Student (formerly Ryder Transportation Services) $35.00 84 $25,000 The bid from First Student was the only bid received. The hourly rate bid last year was $34.00 per hour. The Parks Department stated that First Student has provided excellent service in the past.
