<br />The Council of the City of University City will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on August 20, 2007, at

<br />City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, 5 Floor, on proposed property tax rates. The tax rates shall be set
<br />to produce substantially the revenue required to be provided from property tax as set forth in the
<br />annual adopted budget. This levy is subject to change pending action of the City Council, the Board of
<br />Equalization and/or the tax rate certification by the State Auditor.
