BILL 8949 — <br />An ordinance approving the petition of the Clemens Group, LLC as <br /> <br />owner of certain real property, to establish a community improvement district, <br />establishing the Cates Avenue Community Improvement District, finding a public <br />purpose for the establishment of the Cates Avenue Community Improvement District, <br />and containing a severability clause <br /> <br />5. BILL 8951 — <br />An ordinance ordering the levy and fixing the rate of property taxes to <br />be collected in the City of University City for the year 2007 to provide for general <br />revenue, to provide for police and firefighter retirement, to provide for the <br />establishment and maintenance of a free public library and reading room, and to <br />provide for the payment of debt service for the general obligation bonds of the City. <br /> <br />6.
