Vehicle Service Facilities in the “GC” – General Commercial <br />District require a conditional use. Staff recommends approval of the application with conditions as set <br />forth later in the report. <br /> <br />Traffic Jams, a car audio installation facility has been operating in University City since 1991. They are <br />currently located across the side street of George from the proposed expansion location at 7245 Olive. <br />They wish to expand the business with three additional bays for car audio installation and a business <br />office. Traffic Jams’ current facility at 7241 Olive will continue to provide sales of car audio equipment. <br /> The hours of operation will remain the same, with hours being from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday <br />through Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday.
