For general obligation debt service purposes on an authorized issuance of <br />two million ($2,000,000) of municipal bonds of the City authorized by a vote <br />nd <br />of the qualified voters of said City at an election called and held on the 2 <br />day of November, 2004, said election being in pursuance of the provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 6497, a tax of $0.049 on residential property, a tax of <br />$0.049 on commercial property and a tax of $0.049 on personal property, <br />on each one hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
