Lane, plat book 61, page <br />30 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records, in section 8, township <br />45 north, range 6 east, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri <br />and being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southwest corner of lot 13 of Barby Lane <br />subdivision, plat book 61, page 20, St. Louis County, records, thence <br />south 89º37’08” east, 485485.25’; thence south 00º22’52” west, <br />50.00’;thence north 89º37’08” west, 485.25’; thence north 00º22’52” <br />east, 50.00’ to the point of beginning and containing 24,262 square <br />feet (0.56 acres), more or less <br />. <br /> Ms. Brot’s motion to amend the bill before introduction was seconded by Mr. Price and <br />was approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Introduced by Ms. Brot with approved amendment <br />BILL 8945 — An ordinance vacating and surrendering a part of the right-of-way of West <br />Kingsbury Avenue, but reserving any public utility easements, and directing that this <br />ordinance be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, <br />Missouri. <br /> Ms, Brot moved to amend this bill to list a more detailed description in Section 1 <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />A tract of land being a part of West Kingsbury Avenue, 40 feet wide, <br />being in township 45 north, range 6 east, University City, St. Louis <br />County, Missouri and being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southeast corner of adjusted lot 20 of McKnight Place <br />assisted Living boundary adjustment plat as per the plat thereof <br />recorded in plat book 349 page 380 of the St. Louis County Records; <br />said point also being a point of the west line of adjusted lot 1 of boundary <br />adjustment of lots 1 and 3 of Gatesworth addition as per the plat thereof <br />recorded in plat book 349 page 154 of said St. Louis County Records; <br />thence, with the west line of said adjusted lot 1, south 00º59’59” west <br />76.98 feet (77.0 feet record) to a point; thence north 89º37’08” wet 49.92 <br />feet to a point on the east line of lot 5 of Boschert’s addition to Clayton <br />as per the plat thereof recorded in plat book 9 page 37 of the St. Louis <br />County Records; thence with the east line thereof north 00º59’59” east <br />36.97 feet to a point; thence with the north line of lots 4 and 5 of said <br />Boschert’s addition, north 89º37’08” west 150.01 feet to the northwest <br />corner of said lot 4; thence with a line crossing said West Kingsbury <br />Avenue, north 74º05’55” east 5.58 feet and with an arc of a curve to the <br />left having a radius of 39.00 feet, an arc distance of 51.18 feet to a point <br />on the north line of said West Kingsbury and being a point on the south <br />line lot 21 of said Boschert’s addition; thence, with the north line of said <br />West Kingsbury and being the south line of said lot 21 and aforesaid <br />adjusted lot 20 of McKnight Place Assisted Living boundary adjustment, <br />south 89º37’08” east 166.96 feet to the point of beginning and containing <br />8,839 square feet (0.2029 acre), more or less. <br /> <br /> <br />
