BILL 8956 — <br />An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be <br />known as “Gannon Estates Condominiums” and located at 8415-17 Gannon. <br /> <br />Introduced by Ms. Ricci <br />2. BILL 8957 — <br />An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be <br />known as “7309 Amherst Condominium” and located at 7309 Amherst. <br /> <br />Introduced by Mr. Price <br />3. BILL 8958 — <br />An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be <br />known as “lot 1 of consolidation plat of part of lot 18 David I. Remley’s subdivision <br />and lot 10 of Mt. Oliver” and located at 7733 and 7745 Olive. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe, Jr. moved to rescind Resolution 070703A, July 7, 2003, and to refer to the <br />St. Louis County Vector Control for matters of public health relating to mosquito control <br />in University City and was seconded by Mr. Price. <br /> <br />Ms. Brot asked the City to monitor the bird population after the spraying begins to see if <br />the number of dead birds found in University City increased, and to make available the <br />county brochure on mosquito spraying information. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe, Jr. asked the City Manager to supply the Council and University City <br />residents with the County’s spraying schedule. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner was concerned over the chemical makeup of the spray, the harm it might <br />cause and its effectiveness. <br /> <br />Resolution 070703A was rescinded on the majority of the voice vote, with Mr. Wagner <br />being the one Nay vote. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
