Session 1850 <br />August 26, 2002 <br /> <br />The sense of the Council was to add the resolution to the City Clerk's docket later this <br />evening at the regular session. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff said that he would see to it that the resolution received a good deal of <br />publicity, if passed this evening. Mr. Wagner also wishes to have the resolution printed <br />in the CityScape. <br /> <br />PROPOSITION K SURVEY: <br /> <br />The Council and Mr. Ollendorff discussed and agreed on the survey form that will also <br />be printed in the CityScape. The City Clerk will put an interactive version on the <br />website. <br /> <br />PUBLIC INFORMATION: <br /> <br />The Council and Mr. Ollendorff discussed the first draft of the Proposition K <br />informational CityScape article. The Council wanted to make sure that the following <br />information was built into this article, as well as in any future articles: <br /> <br />· Security <br />· Future plans <br />· Summary of plan to date <br />· More details: favorable interest rate, saving election costs, etc. <br />· Include Council Proposition K resolution <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch felt it very important that we stated the facts very clearly, in order to avoid <br />confusing the public. It should be made clear that this is only the current concept and is <br />open to change. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff suggests a wide variety of flyers, brochures, meetings and space in the <br />CityScape and website. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams adjourned the meeting at 7:25 p'm. <br /> <br /> eb~hb.
