Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion.

Mr. Lieberman noticed from Mr. Norfleet's repod that there is a continuing drop in
revenue from parking meters in the garage. He was wondering if there was any
particular explanation for that. Mr. Ollendorff said that his best guess is that the City
hasn't been vigorous in enforcing this. It isn't a high priority. Mr. Lieberman said that
Mr. Norfleet also states that he expects taking in around $90,000, provided there is
enforcement. Mr. Ollendorff believes that we need to step that up somewhat, but there
are more pressing needs for our police attention, so he couldn't promise a major
increase in enforcement. They'll try to a little better job at it.

The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Ms.
Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, and Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. Bill number 8616 passed and
became Ordinance 6392.

BILL NO. 8621 - AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE,
RELATING TO ZONING, BY AMENDING SECTION 34-10 THEREOF
RELATING TO DEFINITIONS, SO AS TO ADD DEFINITIONS FOR THE
TERMS "ADULT BUSINESS," "ADULT ENTERTAINMENT, ....
