A bill was introduced by Ms. Welsch, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF <br />LAND TO BE KNOWN AS WARDER CROSSING, A CONDOMINIUM AND <br />LOCATED AT 7749 DELMAR. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned number 8627. <br /> <br />3. A bill was introduced by Mr. Munkel, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF <br />LAND TO BE KNOWN AS FORSYTH PLACE CONDOMINIUMS I AND <br />LOCATED AT 7320 FORSYTH. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned number 8628. <br /> <br />The City Manager said that Councilmember Munkel had asked if the Forsyth Condos <br />were nearly completed. He said that the work had been completed to the extent that <br />there was an open house being held the following week. He said the units were <br />virtually ready for occupancy and sales. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS COMMENTS: <br /> <br />Councilmember Lieberman complimented the School District for the recent Hall of Fame <br />Dinner, which his wife, Joy was an inductee. <br /> <br />The City Manager expressed congratulations to the University City Police Department <br />for their recent recognitions by the Youth Emergency Services and the Epworth <br />Children and Family Services. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMFNT: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams noted that the next regular Council Meeting would be on November 4, <br />2002.
