ATTACHMENT A. <br /> FY17 EDRSTB RECOMMENDED BUDGET: PROJECT DETAILS <br /> CITYWIDE PROJECTS • $10,123 <br /> City-Wide Marketing: $10,123 <br /> City-wide marketing efforts by the Department of Community Development include business attraction <br /> efforts, partnerships for joint advertising to promote citywide programs, Lion Pages printing, etc. <br /> DELMAR BOULEVARD PROJECTS - $177,605 <br /> Marketing: $5,000 <br /> EDRST funds will be used for marketing needs by The Loop Special Business District. <br /> Loop Brochures and Directory: $14,000 <br /> The Loop brochure and directory is an important promotional and marketing product. Funds will be <br /> used for the printing and distribution of Loop brochures and updating the directories in the Loop. The <br /> brochure will also be included in the City's economic development marketing materials. <br /> Loop Events: $60,000 <br /> EDRST funds will be used for four events in the Delmar Loop over the course of the year. The EDRST <br /> Board did not specific which events the LSBD can use the funds. This amount does include funds for <br /> the Ice Loop Carnival. <br /> Official St. Louis Visitors Guide: $10,500 <br /> Funds will be used for advertising space in the Official St. Louis Visitors Guide. <br /> Farmers Market Events and Marketing: $21,000 <br /> The Midtown Farmers Market will use the funds to provide additional music events and chef <br /> demonstrations at the Saturday Farmers market located in the Delmar Loop. <br /> Delmar Pedestrian Lighting: $59,097 <br /> Funds will allow U City Department of Public Works and Parks to upgrade existing pedestrian lights in <br /> The Loop to LED bulbs which provide increased light coverage, safety, energy efficiency, and <br /> savings. <br /> Delmar Planters: $8,008 <br /> U City in Bloom will use EDRST funds to provide care and maintenance of 90 existing planters on <br /> Delmar. <br />
