Session 1861 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> November 18, 2002 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall on Monday, November 18, 2002, Mayor Joseph L. Adams <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following <br />members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved for the approval of the November 4, 2002 regular meeting <br />minutes as presented. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion which was carried <br />unanimously. Mr. Lieberman moved for the approval of the November 2, 2002 <br />study session minutes; Ms. Colquitt seconded and those minutes were approved. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams appointed Eric Vanderhoef, 7740 Stanford to the Tax Increment <br />Financing Commission for a term ending August 19, 2007. Mr. Wagner <br />seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS: <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM#1 - CONSENT CALENDAR: <br /> <br />#1- Parkin.q Meters and Related Mechanisms: <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff reported that quotes had been requested for 190 parking meters <br />and related mechanisms with the following results: <br /> <br />Duncan Industries ............. $30,479.80 <br />POM, Inc ...................... $26,642.59 <br /> <br /> <br />
