Session 1863 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />DECEMBER 16, 2002 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall on Monday, December 16, 2002, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the <br />meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the <br />Council were present: <br /> Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br /> Mr. Wayne Munkel <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Mr. Larry Lieberman <br /> Ms. Shelley Welsch <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Councilmember Wagner moved to approve the November 18, 2002 regular meeting <br />minutes as presented. Councilmember Sharpe seconded the motion which carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />The Mayor called for a motion to approve the minutes of the November 18, 2002 <br />Special Meeting. The motion was made by Councilmember Sharpe, seconded by Mr. <br />Wagner and carried. <br /> <br />Councilmember Lieberman moved for approval of the minutes for the November 25, <br />2002 Special Meeting. Councilmember Colquitt seconded the motion and it was <br />approved. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS / REAPPOINTMENTS: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams moved to appoint Steve Marsh, 7110 Cornell, to the Board of the Building <br />Code of Appeals for a term ending August 1, 2007. His motion was seconded by <br />Councilmember Wagner and the appointment was approved. <br /> <br />Councilmember Wagner moved the reappointments of Jessica Friedlander and Edward <br />Hansell to the Library Board for terms ending June 30, 2005. The motion was seconded <br />by Mr. Lieberman and carried. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE: <br /> <br />The City Clerk, Ms. Forsythe, administered the oath of office to Mr. Eric Vanderhoef, <br /> <br /> <br />
