K. NEW BUSINESS <br />BILLS <br />Two bills(8960 and 8961) proposed by Ms. Ricci to replace Bill 8959 by splitting into two <br />separate bills <br />1. BILL 8960 <br />— An ordinance assigning a percentage of the Verizon settlement <br />proceeds to the St. Louis County Municipal League. <br />2. BILL 8961 <br />— An ordinance approving a settlement agreement with Verizon <br /> wireless. <br />3. BILL 8962 <br />— An ordinance amending Chapter 2/10 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to the Department of Finance, by repealing Section 2.10.060 thereof, <br />relating to certain city contracts and purchases to be approved by Council, and <br />enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 2.10.060 certain city <br />contracts and purchases to be approved by Council”; containing a savings clause. <br />4. BILL 8963 <br />— An ordinance vacating and surrendering all rights and privileges for <br />the use of a tract of land being part of a 10 feet wide utility easement as recorded in <br />plat book 347 pages 410-411 of the St. Louis County Records and being part of a <br />tract of land described in deed to One McKnight Development Company as recorded <br />in Deed Book 11243 page 1814 and Deed Book 17218 page 4657 of the St. Louis <br />CountyRecords and being situated in Section 8, Township 45 north, range 6 east, <br />University City, St. Louis County Missouri and directing that this ordinance be <br />recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri. <br />5. BILL 8964 <br />— An ordinance vacating and surrendering all rights and privileges for <br />the use of a tract of land being part of a 10 feet wide utility easement as recorded in <br />plat book 347 pages 410-411 of the St. Louis County Records and being part of a <br />tract of land described in deed to One McKnight Development Company as recorded <br />in Deed Book 11243 page 1814 and Deed Book 17218 page 4657 of the St. Louis <br />CountyRecords and being situated in Section 8, Township 45 north, range 6 east, <br />University City, St. Louis County Missouri and directing that this ordinance be <br />recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri. <br />6.
