BILL 8967 <br /> — An ordinance implementing the 2007 video services providers act by <br />establishing zoning regulations for the placement of video service facilities on private <br />property and extending such regulatory authority to the placement of any utility <br />facilities on private property. <br />9. BILL 8968 <br />— An ordinance amending Chapter 2.62 of the University City Municipal <br />Code relating to the Police and Firefighter’s Retirement system, by repealing Section <br />2.62.051 thereof, relating to investment accounts, and enacting in lieu thereof a new <br />section to be known as “Section 2.62.051 Investment Accounts,” thereby amending <br />said section so as to clarify the method of computing credits to an employee’s <br />investment account. <br />L.
