The project includes Olivette, Overland, and University City and <br />consists of approximately 3,600 lineal feet of sewer pipe varying from eight inches to <br />forty-two inches in diameter in the area located along Woodson Road south of Page. <br /> <br />food and toys to University City families <br />We had another successful year providing <br />in need this holiday season. City employees and Council collected substantial <br />donations for the families of local schoolchildren in need. In addition to city donations, <br />Brittany Woods held a food drive and the Jewish Community Center donated a large <br />amount of toys to help our families this year. The Victim’s Service Unit did an excellent <br />job of coordinating the event with the Police and Fire Departments. Thank you to <br />everyone involved for his or her generosity. <br /> <br />In order to prepare for your study session discussions on January 15 regarding Council <br />conflict of interest <br />policies and procedures as they relate to . I have included a copy of <br />your revised Rules of Order and Procedure adopted October 9, 2006. Council Member <br />Ricci is preparing information for the meeting. <br /> <br />trash and recycling collections <br />We have had some confusion over this week due to <br />the weather, holidays and new collection routes. All trash and recycling is collected on <br />the same day, and the new routes are identified in the back of the calendar as the single <br />stream recycling program goes into effect. Next week offices will be closed on <br />Tuesday, and the remaining collection days pushed forward one day. Otherwise, it has <br />been a quiet week.
