Due to an increase in business and employees, Cintas wishes to construct an
expansion to their existing parking lots by adding 30 new vehicle parking spaces and 20 new truck
spaces in various locations on the east, west and south portions of the site.
A Site Plan Review is required because any addition to or substantial change in a parking lot layout
for a previously approved commercial building requires this procedure to be approved by the City
Council. The proposed landscaping has been reviewed and approved by the City Forester. The
section of Olive abutting the property is already in compliance with the requirements of the Olive
Boulevard Street Enhancement Program and has already been approved by the Public Works
Department.
Q:\WPOFFICE\WPDATA\x-6200ol.cco.doc
