The bill was introduced on <br />November 5; it was on the agenda for second reading on December 3. The bill was <br />pulled from the agenda on December 3. Clarifying language has been placed in <br />paragraph B(b) and B 3(a). The changes are not substantive and should not hold up <br />second reading. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approval <br /> <br />
