<br />Plan Commission <br />April 26, 2017Meeting Minutes <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting at the Heman Park Community Center located <br />at 975 Pennsylvania Avenue, University City, Missouri on Wednesday, April 26, 2017. The <br />meeting commenced at 6:30pm. <br />1. The <br />motion was seconded by Ms.Headand carried unanimously. <br />3. Public Hearings <br />3.a. Conditional Use Permit PC 17-01–6655 Delmar Boulevard –Proposal for a karaoke <br />entertainment establishment, a non-retail use with ground-floor frontage on Delmar <br />Boulevard in the “CC” –Core Commercial District <br />Mr. Greatens showed staff slides of the site and surroundingarea. <br />The applicant, Xin Wei, was present. The applicant’s architect, Helen Lee with Tao and Lee <br />Associates,explained the proposalfora karaoke entertainment establishmentand presented <br />images of the proposed plans. <br />-11themed rooms proposedwith an open bar area which would betypically used by those <br />waiting for their reserved rooms <br />-Lounge seatingfor each room withits own restroom <br />-Similar to karaoke establishments on east and west coasts <br />Page 1 of 5 <br /> <br />
