<br /> <br />MINUTES OF UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />November 5, 2007 <br /> <br />At the Regular Session of the City Council of University City held in the Chambers of the <br />City Hall, on Monday, November 5, 2007, Mayor Adams called the meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br /> Mr. Byron Price <br /> Ms. Lynn Ricci <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Mr. Michael Glickert <br /> Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were City Manager Julie Feier and University City Legal Counsel John <br />Mulligan. Ms. Rachel Watson, University City High School liaison was absent. <br /> <br />D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />1. October 25, 2007, study session minutes were moved for approval by Mr. Sharpe, <br /> Jr., seconded by Mr. Glickert and were approved unanimously. <br />2. October 25, 2007, regular session minutes with corrections were moved for approval <br /> by Mr. Wagner seconded by Mr. Sharpe, Jr., and were passed unanimously. <br /> <br />E. APPOINTMENTS <br />1. Jane Ann North was appointed to the Historic Commission by Ms. Ricci, seconded by <br /> Mr. Wagner and was approved unanimously. <br /> <br />F. SWEARING IN <br /> <br />G. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />H. CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Facilities Maintenance Annex Roofing to lowest bidder, Complete Roofing for <br /> $158,375. <br />2. City wide tree removal of eighteen trees to lowest bidder, Omni Tree Service for <br /> $13,800. <br />3. Golf Pro Shop Network Infrastructure Improvements was awarded to Tech <br /> Electronics for $14,989, as they are familiar with the infrastructure. <br />4. PC’s and Laptops Replacement Purchase awarded to World Wide Technology for <br /> $43,117.95, currently the State of Missouri prime vendor on contract. <br /> <br />Mr. Price moved for the approval of the consent agenda, seconded by Ms. Ricci and was <br />approved unanimously. <br /> <br />I. RESOLUTION <br /> <br />1 <br />. 2007-13 Harriett Woods’ Signs. Ms. Brot introduced the resolution which named the <br />plaza on Trinity in front of University City Hall the Harriett Woods Civic Plaza in <br />memory of former State Senator and Lieutenant Governor Harriett Woods; the <br />resolution also approved the signs to be placed in the plaza, one naming the plaza <br /> <br />
