<br />Ms. Brot felt it would only be necessary to disclose the organization and position held <br />when it pertained to an issue in front of the Council. At this time a twenty-four notice in <br />writing should be made and Council could decide if a conflict of interest was present. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe, Jr. felt that there may be a case where this awareness is not always prevalent <br />and preferred a statement such as “as soon as practical.” <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci will prepare a paragraph for the Council’s Rules and Regulations and the Council <br />will then vote on it. <br /> <br />The Study Session was adjourned at 6:25 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Joyce Pumm, City Clerk <br /> <br />
