<br /> January 24, 2008 <br />Ms. Joyce Pumm, City Clerk Re: Application for Conditional <br />City of University City Use Permit P007039 <br />6801 Delmar Boulevard 6314 Delmar <br />University City, MO 63130 <br />Dear Ms. Pumm: <br /> At its regular meeting on January 23, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the Emergency Operations <br />Center of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, the City Plan Commission conducted a public <br />hearing on an application by Timeless Authentic Garments, LLC c/o Kass-MSO, represented by <br />Laney Mae Stout for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the premises at 6314 Delmar to be used <br />as a . <br />a vintage clothing (thrift/resale) retail establishment <br /> The Plan Commission determined that the evidence presented supports the conclusion <br />that the proposed conditional use: a) Complies with all applicable provisions of chapter 34 of the <br />University City Zoning Code; b) At the specific location will contribute to and promote the <br />community welfare or convenience; c) Will not cause substantial injury to the value of <br />neighboring property; d) Complies with the overall neighborhood development plan and existing <br />zoning district provisions; and e) Will provide, if applicable, off-street parking and loading areas <br />in accordance with the standards contained in the University City Zoning Code.
